We engineer the system. We don't just install the boxes.
The difference between technology that delights for a decade and technology that frustrates within a year is rarely the equipment. It's the design, the documentation, and the discipline behind it. That is our entire focus.
Four stages, one accountable team.
01The methodDesign
We join the project at schematic design and translate the architecture into a complete technology design — drawings, cable schedules, fixture schedules, and a budget you can actually build to.
Engineer
Racks are built and tested in our shop. Cabling is documented. Control programming is written and rehearsed to broadcast-AV standards — before we ever reach the site.
Commission
We install alongside the trades, then tune every system by measurement — light levels, audio SPL, network throughput — and commission the home scene by scene with the family.
Support
One number, answered by the engineers who know your home. Proactive monitoring, software updates, and considered upgrades for the life of the residence.
Documented to the last cable.
Every project leaves with a complete set of as-built drawings, cable schedules, equipment inventories, and credentials — the same standard used in broadcast facilities. If we're ever unavailable, another qualified engineer can pick up your home and understand it in an afternoon.
Ask about our process →- As-built drawingsPlan sets that match what's actually in the walls.
- Cable & rack schedulesEvery run labeled, mapped, and traceable.
- Equipment inventoryA living record of what's installed and where.
- Credential custodySecure, documented, and handed to the owner.
When something needs attention, there is one team to call — no finger-pointing between the lighting vendor, the AV integrator, and the network company.
